Ok, so I am not quite sure where I will head with this one, but please do stick with me…. We’re in March and so far things are going well, we have so much to look forward to in 2022! We’ve already made a really good start with making positive changes, my recovery from last November’s surgery is going great, I have healed well and my Mitrofanoff channel is working really well. I’ve been picking up the pieces of life after my split from the girls dad and put a positive spin on things for them, and because their Mama is finally happier than she’s been in a very long time its helped them be more positive about the future.

After a lot of organising our home is finally just that, OURS! This has been a major change for them as well as myself because I have never had a home in my name before, but it feels flipping amazing to have something to call mine. Just got to finish all the redecoration to make it a home we love unless we stick to plans to move this year, which we might possibly do if we can find the right home for us.
Life has taken many twists and turns over the last few months and we’ve spent so much time out and about treating the kids and concentrating on being a blended family of 7, life couldn’t be any better right now, and more than that its happier and more positive than its ever been. My girls love the fact their mama is loved beyond any measure and they couldn’t love Greg more and he thinks the world of them, as do I with his 3 kids. We have so many exciting plans coming up, we’re redecorating the house to make it more ours and blow away all the bad energies and negativity that’s surrounded me for years, tempted to get some sage to burn all the negative energies from every room. We also have plans to go away at some point soon, family get away and myself and Greg are hoping to get away alone at some point this year, and with COVID not being as rife anymore we have also seen the return of our beloved festivals of which we attended one in February our beloved Kids Festival with the awesome Shropshire Festival Fam. The next festival we plan on attending is Shrewsbury Food Festival in the summer which we’re super excited for, we love catching up with our festival family.
I do have some exciting news to share, we have been invited along to Camp Bestival in August this year, they do this in Dorset, but this year they are bringing it to our very own Shropshire and doing it at Weston Park, myself and Greg are taking the girls this year and we can’t wait because the line up for the whole time looks awesome and whats more I will be blogging the experience and I am hoping to maybe get the YouTube channel back up and running too! So I will have the girls filming and I will take some awesome pics and review the weekend which will be amazing fun, I have definitely missed doing reviews they have always been my favourite part of my blogging journey.
April will bring some exciting times, I am finally going to get back into the world of work and look for some part time work that will work around the girls being at school, after being self employed for so long with the ex but never actually getting any money out of it, its going to be nice to find something for me and earn a little extra money for me…..Its great having a loving man behind me encouraging me to do things for me. Hopefully I can finally learn to drive for me and my independence which is exciting and its something that has always been put on the back burner before….April also brings exciting news, I can apply for my decree absolute at the end of the month and finally be divorced and I can not wait to be free! I am finally back to the best version of me, stronger, prouder and more confident than I have been in a very long time, and part of that is down to be loved so fiercely and supported beyond anything I have ever felt. And I have finally found me again, which has really helped with my self confidence and independence, this lady is finally back on top and on cloud 9……

March is almost at a close and its been a rollercoaster as March always is with it being my grandads birthday and anniversary, can’t believe its 5years without him, with nan gone now too it makes it doubly hard but we know they are reunited! Its also been lots of fun with family days out, date days, birthdays and organising life….Here’s to an exciting April filled with lots more fun and house redecorating…..We will keep going with the positivity as it works!

Anyway I think I have waffled on enough for now, I promise to not keep leaving such a long time between posts as I want to get back into it all majorly. So thank you for reading and supporting me continuously.
